• Each party acts as an independent controller or service provider/processor according to the actual processing role and signed agreements.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining valid privacy notices, legal basis, user rights channels, and data governance for their products.
• Yunzhantong applies reasonable safeguards but is not liable for client-side implementation defects, unlawful SDK use, or undeclared third-party data practices.

6. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

• All trademarks, logos, and content on this site remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
• Users must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse website resources in unauthorized ways.
